 Volkswagen, Profit margins and Property Development: Some car manufacturers have gotten into the  real estate industry. Will there be a Tesla condo somewhere day? What about homes and condos designed by Fisker? In Miami, Porsche Design has already completed and sold many units in its own unique condominium communities with three projects in Asia, the US and Europe.  There is also a project by Aston Martin apparently. Some of the units allow you, with a special elevator, to park your vehicle right inside the unit. It's not impossible for someone to achieve this dream that ascribes to astronomical wealth. It is open to the reasonable fast food restaurant owner; whether or not it's an independent restaurant or part of a chain. Unlike vehicles that suffer depreciation regardless of the material used to finish the consumer product, the condo, town home or fully detached property goes up in value with all other market forces usually working to ensure that good, consistent result over time. This is a novel way to expend the unique design facilities of these global corporations engaged in creativity and sharing their unique visions of the future.
