Auto Work™ Television. June 25th, 2025. The Range Rover Evoque Plug-In We should really ask ourselves what we want in an EV or Hybrid EV. Certainly, most of us do not want a plug in rechargeable. What if the vehicle was self regenerative? Then we would never have to charge the battery as it would charge itself while driving. There is such technology and we know that it does exist. It is found in the PRIUS. So, essentially a giant Toyota Prius system would work well for a Hummer EV and then we cancel the plug and also the fossil fuel. It would work well for a large Range Rover; no plug and no fuel; just a self charging electric vehicle in the perfection of the technology we see in the PRIUS. Click here for more.

 The Range Rover Evoque Plug-In

We should really ask ourselves what we want in an EV or Hybrid EV.

Hybrid (PHEV) offers an official electric range of up to 60 km (37 miles). However, the real-world range is typically around 47km (29 miles). This is sufficient for many daily commutes, and the vehicle can be charged both at home and at public charging stations. Here's a more detailed breakdown: Official Range: The Evoque PHEV is advertised with a certified electric range of up to 60km (37 miles). Real-World Range: Expect a real-world range closer to 47km (29 miles). Charging:

The Evoque PHEV can be charged at home with a 7kW AC charger, achieving a full charge in about 2 hours 12 minutes. It also supports rapid DC charging, reaching 0-80% in around 30 minutes. EV Mode: The Evoque PHEV is designed to handle most average daily journeys using only electric power.

Hybrid Performance: When the electric range is depleted, the vehicle seamlessly switches to hybrid mode, utilizing both the electric motor and the Ingenium petrol engine.
So, then without the electric only power, the system switches into a gas powered hybrid that runs like a Toyota RAV4 essentially. The plug-in electric only power is a brilliant feature.

This is quite the machine and one you should  look into for your family enjoyment.

We look forward to an Evoque that has no gasoline, no mufflers or spark plugs that works like a Taycan or the new Toyota Crown. Range Rover should not waste our time and should  go ahead  and design a model just like that; for our 2025 Christmas trees with keys packaged inside the candy cane covered boxes under the branches; soo sweet!! It may not have any off road capabilities or practicality due to it's all electric power train, but that is okay. That will soon chang. I think there is an all electric off roading SUV from a Chinese Company today. A similar Range Rover is just "down the road"; so to speak.
