What is the point of all the supply of cars, food and vehicles in the world if there is no paying cash demand? I know you want the stuff to sell. But, how or where do you get enough buyers to turn a profit now that you saved trillions in wages with robotic automation? Maybe the economy will use a nondiscriminatory sales tax to raise funds to ensure everyone has a guaranteed universal minimum income support that is provided unconditionally to every citizen! With this humble guaranteed $60,000.00 per citizen which is about 1/4 of the old full time salary, then there will be enough demand for all the goods. This is preferred to the population disappearing and the market demand with it. The minimum income support is consistent with demand side economics. You put money into people's hands to ensure demand for goods that they used to make and earn money to do it....and if you don't you see stores, sales and businesses slow down and start to disappear all together in a reversal of the urbanisation process. More than stores disappear. The whole town, people and homes disappear. The market you prepared the efficient robotic production processes to serve disappear and maybe usually if much of the labor process was not already subject to real robotification, computer automation and general on going technological automation, this demand side economics would not be necessary but it is necessary when the technological job automation has taken away 90% of the jobs that once existed. ///////// Now maybe if you are from White like in Europe, Massachusetts, Vermont or Quwait, you would not tolerate and allow your neighborhoods disappearing and your populations hurting as if you might fool someone that you are more white if you did allow this or that,somehow, starving American Neighborhoods would make you less associated to that neighborhood. But, if you beautified the neighborhoods and agreed that people are just as much of the landscape as the buildings and trees, then I would believe you are the European or African you portend to be. Only an animal would tolerate burned out American Neighborhoods while solving the problem is not so difficult. Many neighborhoods in New York are evidence of the indifference although you have all authority to solve it with raising the sales tax as people don't work like they used to due to technologically induced joblessness and then you can implement a little cash per citizen in the form of a universal unconditional minimum income support to feel white like white. Now, do we bet on the man who could not cajole the New York government to save Rochester and Batavia or we bet on the man who came from Delaware who, with the Democrats, made this new stimulus package for Americans possible? But, we have to give the incumbent a little credit when he could have vetoed the bill and cancelled the funding but instead he reduced the funding to $400.00 per week from $600.00 a week.
